Kettlebell Lifting

The Kettlebell Lifting or Kettlebell Sport is the name of the sport with regulations to lift kettlebells. Kettlebells are used in all sports preparations, fitness and rehabilitation. The harmony to move kettlebells to create movement brings to this tool a huge spectrum of utility, since Physiotherapy, Pilates, CrossTraining, Personal Training, FightSports, the Kettlebells can be used and explored by all.

Our sport is the exponent of lift Kettlebells!

There are many disciplines on our sport, since StrongSport with timeline of 3 or 5 minutes, Classic with 10´, Half Marathon with 30´, Marathon of 60´and Ultra Marathon of 3 hours lifting non-stop. In each discipline exists equal rules and different at same time. For example, competitions with 1 kettlebell on Classic is just allowed to change hands 1 time, but at StrongSport, Half Marathons, Marathons and Utra is free change arms, but there are equal rules for all disciplines, if the the kettlebells goes to the floor, it´s a “stop” signal of the judge.

In each discipline, there are also different technical lifts and would be amazing to show and present this ancient tool of training to all participants at the event.

There are Juniors, Elite, Amateur, Masters and Disable Categories and different Kettlebell weights to lift.
