There are three mixed couples, a girl and a boy, plus the captain’s couple from the other side of the court. The task is to hit the opponent of the opposite sex with the ball. A young man tries to hit a girl from the opposite team, who is being defended by her partner. Also, when a girl targets a guy, his partner protects him. The game is played up to 9 points.
The game promotes team spirit, especially gender equality in contributing to the overall result. Coordination, speed and skill are developed.
The game was created by Janko Pavlis, in 1994, a physical education teacher in the secondary school in Temerin, for the needs of equal participation of girls and boys in the sports game.
